Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout (if applicable).

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RaiderPads is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Damaged Orders
